1. Eligibility

Nexera membership and purchases are limited to research investigators and operators who agree to use Nexera products solely for laboratory research. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders submitted through the site are confirmed and completed by email — we do not process payment on the site. Payment details and any applicable member pricing are provided in your order confirmation, and the order ships once payment is arranged.

3. Shipping

Flat $15 priority shipping. Discreet plain packaging. US shipping only at this time.

4. Returns

Tamper-evident seals mean opened products cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced free of charge if reported within 48 hours.
