Shipping

Flat $15 priority shipping on all US orders. Discreet plain packaging — nothing on the outside indicates contents. Most orders arrive 2–3 business days from order receipt.

Order Cutoffs

Orders placed by 2pm Eastern ship same business day. Orders placed after cutoff ship the next business day. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.

International

US-only at this time.

Returns

Tamper-evident seals mean opened products cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced free of charge if reported within 48 hours via email to orders@nexera.research.
